Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll has dismissed any speculation about leaving Formula 1, despite his ongoing criticism of the current engine regulations.
Stroll clarified that the issues affecting the car, particularly with the Honda power unit, were anticipated due to recent technical changes and a reduction in downforce. While acknowledging the team’s frustrations this season, he expressed strong confidence in the Aston Martin project, especially following the arrival of Adrian Newey and the opening of the new factory and wind tunnel.

He emphasized his desire to remain with the team until they achieve the anticipated success, adding that seeing Aston Martin cars competing at the front without being part of it would deeply bother him.
