Open Zone is time in which members can focus on the skills they choose and proceed at their own pace. Staff is present during all Open Zones to assist with the equipment and help members with any issues that may arise.
Training Sessions are 30 minutes long and include an vigorous workout with an XRKade Coach and up to one other member. This is a great opportunity to make sure you are getting the most out of the XRKade and maximize your heart rate for an awesome workout.
